The ultimate Fast Track eyelash Extension course! This training course is a combination of both our beginners classic course and advanced volume course where students will learn Classic, Hybrid, Russian and Mega volume eyelash extensions over two consecutive days.

Liberty Lash have specifically designed this training course for aspiring eyelash technicians who wish to jump straight into the industry and start earning an income straight away! This course is perfect if you are a complete beginner to eyelash extensions as no previous experience is necessary. It is fully accredited by Beauty Industry Approval and once certified you will gain a recognised qualification in all three treatments.

Course Breakdown: 

Liberty Lash fast track course is ran over two days and involves hands on practical training, in depth theory-based learning, live demonstrations and a full business module for students. The course is available as a 1-1 session or a small group environment of up to three students max, ran and guided by your expert trainer - Jordan (Owner of Liberty Lash).

DAY 1

Learning all things Classic semi-permanent eyelash extensions! The day will made up of the following modules:

Theory Based Learning

• Health & Safety - Safe working practices, general health & safety guidelines, how to recognise a contra-indication/contra-action, patch testing, how to use lash tools safely, data protection 
• The Lash Growth cycle - How the growth cycle can impact eyelash extensions
• Client Consultations - working to clients expectations and gaining loyalty and trust 
• Introduction into Semi-permanent Eyelash Extensions - Learn all lash theory essential information including lash diameter, curls, finishes, materials, eye shapes and more

Practical Based Learning 

• Eyelash Extension Prep - You will be taught how to prepare the natural eyelashes for treatment including how to apply under-eye pads and how to cleanse lashes
• Tweezer Handling - Picking up eyelash tweezers for the first time can be daunting! We will advise you how to correctly hold and use your tweezers for easy lashing
• The correct use of Eyelash Adhesive - How to use your adhesive effectively in a safe manner
• Application / Isolation and perfect attachment - Learn hands on how to complete a full Classic eyelash extension treatment. You will work on a mannequin head, lash sponges and then a model for the second half of your training day - The fun part!
• Removal - How to safely complete a lash removal that will ensure no damage to your clients natural eyelashes
  
• Infill Procedure - Learn the complete infill procedure method so that you can maintain your clients eyelash extensions also included will be our top tips to achieve perfect retention!

DAY 2

Its time to take it up a level! Day 2 will cover all things Volume including Hybrids, Russian and Mega Volume using the handmade fan technique.  The day will made up of the following modules:

Theory Based Learning

• Health & Safety - Safe working practices, general health & safety guidelines, how to sterilise tools, things to look out for as a lash artist whilst working
• Lash Weights and Diameters - How to correctly work out what weights and lengths to use for a volume lash treatment  
• Lash Mapping & Eye Shapes - Going more in-depth into styling for volume lash extensions
  
• Classic VS Volume - The difference in lash styles and how this can have an effect on application
  

Practical Based Learning 

• Eyelash Extension Prep - Preparing the lashes for a volume treatment
• Tweezer Handling - Learn the difference in the volume tweezers on the market and how to work with them correctly 
• Glue Management- Covering glue pick-up, exothermic reactions and shock polymerisation 
• Fan Making - Learn how to create the fluffiest most beautiful handmade lash fans using different lash diameters, tweezers and the pinch method. 
• Application Procedure - How to correctly apply a volume lash to the natural lashes using the melt and wrap technique. Work on lash sponges, mannequin heads and then on a model for the second half of the training day
  
• Layering/Taping Techniques - Techniques on how to achieve maximum coverage 
  
• How to finish your sets - Product must haves and troubleshooting 
  
• Bottom Eyelash Extensions - Learn the bottom lash technique which is a great add on treatment to compliment your lash sets
  
• Infill Procedure - Learn the complete infill procedure method so that you can maintain your clients volume extensions 
  

Business Based Learning - Added to the end of your last day of Fast Track Training!

• How to set up and run your business and social media platforms
• Obtaining insurance
• Aftercare advice 
• Troubleshooting and how to deal with any business issues
• Pricing advice 
• How to take the perfect photos of your work and edit them for social media
• Marketing hacks and social media tips
